Any tablet with a screen will be very expensive, this tablet just requires you to get used to drawing whilst looking at the screen rather than your hand, it effectively replaces the mouse. For the best value based on price/size, the AIPTEK is hard to beat.

If you want a tablet with a screen, you need something like the Wacom Cintiq but these are considerably more expensive.
