animate.css is a bunch of cool, fun, and cross-browser animations for you to use in your projects. Great for emphasis, home pages, sliders, and general just-add-water-awesomeness.
These will only work in browsers which support CSS3 animations; currently Apple Safari, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox. Microsoft have also promised support for Internet Explorer 10, and support has been announced for Opera 12. For backward compatibility you could use something like Modernizr to provide fallbacks for the browsers that don’t support CSS animations such as using Javascript animations instead.
